Storage


The Storage section of the Server Explorer displays diagrams built on the basis of the information about disks space and databases size.

 

The following nodes are situated in this section:

Disk Space, GB

This area shows information about the disk space usage on the server. The number of bars in the bar chart depends on the number of disks on the server computer. Each bar is separated in three sections: Disk Space Used by Databases, Disk Space Used by Other (disk space used by data other then databases), Free Disk Space.

 

Data Size, MB

This section provides information on the data files size of largest databases on the server. There are three bars for each databases: Size on (the data size that was a month ago), Current Data File Size, Max Data File Size (if it is specified).

 

Log Size, MB

This section provides information on the log files size of largest databases on the server. There are three bars for each databases: Size on (the log size that was a month ago), Current Log File Size, Max Log File Size (if it is specified).

 

Note: If there is no information on the database size in the repository pertaining to this date, then the displayed size is the size on the nearest date to that.
