Space Usage by Objects


This node of the Storage section contains the list of the database objects along with the detailed information about the space they occupy.

 

Database

Use the drop-down list to select the necessary database which objects you want to view.

The list displays all database objects as a grid with the following columns: Object Name, Schema, Object Type, System, Number of Records, Reserved (KB), Data (KB), Indexes (KB), Unused (KB). If more convenient, you can change the order of the columns by dragging their headers horizontally. See the Working with grid section of the SQL Administrator documentation to find out operations that can be performed with the grid.

 

Use the ShowNonSystemObjectsOnly Non-system only context menu item or the corresponding toolbar button to display only non-system objects.

Use the Print Print context menu item or the corresponding toolbar button to create and print the report.

 

If you click the '+' button situated at the beginning of the row then the table of the indexes appears. This grid contains the following fields: Index Name, Partition, Number of Records, Total Reserved (KB), Total Used (KB), In-Row Data Reserved (KB), In-Row Data Used (KB), Leaf Level of In-Row Data, LOB Data Reserved (KB), LOB Data Used (KB), Row Overflow Data Reserved (KB), Row Overflow Data Used (KB), Internal Table.
