Database Maintenance - Rebuild_Reorganize Indexes

The upper area is the grid with the following columns: Database Name, Has Reindex Schedule, Reindex Last Execution, Reindex Last Outcome, Schedule Period during a Month (It represents a grey axis with points which correspond to 6-hours intervals, days and weeks. Green lines show the planned time of the rebuilding.). If more convenient, you can change the order of the columns by dragging their headers horizontally. See the Working with grid section of the SQL Administrator documentation to find out operations that can be performed with the grid.

When you choose a particular database the lower area displays the following detailed information about the reindex maintenance plans: Reindex/Reorganize Indexes Maintenance Plan/Job: Name, Enabled, Last Run Outcome, Last Run Date; Schedule: Schedule Name, Enabled, Description; Task/Job Step: Name, Last Run Outcome, Last Run Duration, Last Run Message.

To open a maintenance plan in the Maintenance Plan Editor, double-click it in the grid or select it and press the 'Enter' button. Alternatively, you can right-click the maintenance plan alias and select the Edit Plans/Jobs context menu item.
