Setting additional options


This step of the wizard allows you to set additional options for the database restore operation (for User-managed script strategy).

Controlfile

Specify the action for the controlfile:

RadioButton Don't restore controlfile

RadioButton Restore controlfile

RadioButton Recreate controlfile

RadioButton Recreate with set database

 

OS specific options

Specify the OS to use commands for in the generated script:

RadioButton Unix

RadioButton Windows

RadioButton Manually (specify the copy command in the corresponding box)

 

CheckBox Recreate instance

If this option is selected, a command to recreate the instance will be added to the result script.

 

CheckBox Recreate temporary files

If this option is selected, a command to recreate temporary files will be added to the result script.

 

CheckBox Recreate password file

If this option is selected, a command to recreate the password file will be added to the result script.

 

Click the Next button to proceed to the last step of the wizard.
