EMS Data Export for Oracle is a powerful program to export your data quickly from Oracle databases to any of 20 available formats, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word (RTF), HTML, XML, PDF, TXT, CSV, DBF, ODF and others. Data Export for Oracle includes a wizard, which allows you to set export options for each table visually (destination filename, exported fields, data formats, and much more) and a command line utility to export data from tables and queries in one-touch.

First of all you must have an opportunity to connect to some local or remote Oracle server. Besides you need your computer to satisfy the system requirements of EMS Data Export for Oracle.

You can configure the template files visually using the Data Export Wizard. Set the required export options of the wizard and click Tools->Save Template. All the options will be saved to the template file which can be used by the console application.

EMS Data Export for Oracle provides additional features for exporting data that are absent in SQL Manager for Oracle, e.g.:

  • export data from several tables at once;
  • command line utility to Export data using the configuration file with all the Export options.

This is a limitation of the trial version which exports only 20% of all records. With a registered version all the records are processed.
