Page Setup
The Page Setup dialog allows you to specify a number of settings pertaining to the report page.
To open the dialog, use the Page Setup 
button available on the toolbar.
Use the following tabs of the Page Setup dialog:
When you are done, you can click the Print... button at the bottom to call the Print dialog.
