Save metadata reports to file
To save a metadata report in a file of any supported format (*.txt, *.csv, *.pdf, *.html) you should do the following:

Open the Print Metadata window by selecting the Tools |
Print Metadata item of the main menu.

Mark the needed objects and define printing settings and click the
Preview button on the navigation bar or toolbar.

In the opened Preview window click
Export and select from the drop-down list the needed file format for report saving. When done, specify file name and location.
