A: EMS DB Extract for Interbase/Firebird is a powerful and easy-to-use utility for creating database backups in the form of SQL scripts. Q: What do I need to start working with EMS Interbase/Firebird Extract?

A: First of all, you must have a possibility to connect to some local or remote Interbase/Firebird server to work with Interbase/Firebird DB Extract. You can download Interbase/Firebird database server from https://www.embarcadero.com/ (the latest commercial version of InterBase server) or Firebird client and server from https://www.firebirdsql.org (download is free). Besides, you need your computer to satisfy the system requirements of DB Extract for Interbase/Firebird.
