First of all you must have an opportunity to connect to some local or remote DB2 server. Besides you need your computer to satisfy the system requirements of EMS Data Generator for DB2.
You can configure the template files for each table or export type visually using the Data Generator Wizard. Set the required data generation options and on Step 3, 4 or 5 of the wizard you will be able to save them by clicking the Tools button and selecting the Save Template option. All parameters will be saved to a template file, which can be used by the console application.
