Register Database


btnRegisterDB To start working in SQL Manager for PostgreSQL with the existed database, you should first register it in the program. Use the Register Database Wizard to do it.

 

You can register a database in one of the following ways:

  1. Choose Database | Register Database in the main program menu and define the necessary settings in the opened Register Database Wizard.
  2. Press the Register Database btnRegisterDB button on the SQL Manager for PostgreSQL toolbar and define the necessary settings in the opened Register Database Wizard.

 

Registering several databases at once

Choose Database | Register Database in the main program menu, disable the Register a single database

feature when setting host connection parameters and at the next step choose the databases located on the indicated server.
