Maintenance Cleanup
Maintenance Cleanup step allows you to cleanup SQL Angel and SQL Server backups and Maintenance plan reports, created by MS SQL Server. This step is not available for SQL Server 2000.
To launch the updating operation immediately select 
Quick Maintenance Actions | 
Maintenance Cleanup popup menu item in the Servers tab.
To perform scheduled maintenance cleanup on regular basis you need to include this task into Policy:
1. At Step 2 of the Create Policy wizard click Create new step button and select Maintenance Cleanup step type.
2. Also, you can create a new Step Template for further use selecting Maintenance Cleanup step at the Templates tab.
