Description
The AddStringCell adds the string value defined in the Value parameter to the specified position. The position is defined by the Col parameter as a column number and the Row parameter as a row number. The Row and the Col parameters are 1-based. The returned value is the created TxlsCell object. You can define the properties of this object to customize the created cell.
