Defaults

When bound to a column or a user-defined data type, a Default specifies a value to be inserted into the column to which the object is bound (or into all columns, in case of UDF) when no value is explicitly supplied during an insert operation.

Default Editor allows you to define default properties. It opens automatically when you create a new default and is available on editing an existing one.

To open a default in Default Editor, double-click it in the DB Explorer tree.
