Setting table properties
The Table tab is provided for setting table name and its description.
Table name
Name of the table; must be unique among table and procedure names in the database. It is available only when creating the table.
Table type
Specify External to declare that data for the table under creation resides in a table or file outside the database. File name is a complete file specification of the external file/table.
Description
This field contains any optional description on the table.
