Create Database wizard
Create Database wizard allows you to create a new database on your PostgreSQL host.
To start the wizard, select the Database | Create Database... main menu item, or use the 
Create Database button on the main toolbar.

- Specifying tunneling parameters
- Setting advanced database properties
- Viewing result SQL statement
