Compare Project Wizard
The way of setting project options and comparison settings when creating or editing a project is to use Compare Project Wizard.
To create a new project using Compare Project Wizard, select the Project | .png){kind=small}
New Project main menu item or use the New Project button on the toolbar (you can also use the Ctrl+Alt+N shortcut for the same purpose).
To open an existing DB Comparer project, select the Project | Open Project... main menu item or use the 
Open Project...button on the toolbar. Alternatively, you can use the Ctrl+O shortcut for the same purpose.
When the comparison process is finished, the project will loaded into the DB Comparer application automatically, and you will be able to start working with the project.
